An avid hunter, Clay harvested his first mule deer at twelve years old and has since taken numerous large game and trophy animals. While he is a passionate long‑range shooter and competitor, he does not advocate for unnecessary distance in the field. Clay’s professional path led him into law enforcement, where his skill and work ethic earned him a position as a sniper on his agency’s tactical team. That role exposed him to high‑level instruction and reshaped his understanding of what precision shooting truly demands.
